ALDUB

Lately, Filipinos all over the world have been creating a loud social media noise specially at twitter about the Alden and Maine love team which is now popularly known as ALDUB. It has garnered millions of tweets making them not only famous in the Philippines but also worldwide.

Now as the hottest couple locally, the ALDUB love team has been having left and right guestings, tv commercials and endorsements. As of today, they have become iconic idols specially for teens and most genres.

With this powerful influence specially over the mass, many are intrigued about the tandem's secret. However, if you are going to analyze, it is just simply because of how they combine arts and entertainment all throughout these years and the simplicity of the characters that pierced directly the hearts of most Filipinos. Filipinos who now have nothing to hold on to but to God and deviate their attention to a fun, light comedy instead of sulking to the heavy real drama of their lives.

Marriott Hotel Manila

I've been to Marriott Hotel Manila for several times now and I must say that their services have been consistently superb.

Our stay was just a gift and we were booked to a Deluxe room. The room always looks elegantly clean, with a sweet smell.

Deluxe rooms as of 2015 costs:

A bit expensive but worth the price. We always choose the side by the pool, with the view of the BGC buildings from afar.

It's quite relaxing to look at, as you hear the sound of water splashing from the pool and the refreshing sight of greenery which is unlikely of most hotels in manila.

I specifically love their shower and tub which is separated from the bedroom by a huge clear glass. This is perfect for couples as well as for families with little kids.

The breakfast buffet is excellent too particularly their desserts. Although there are only quite a few choices, still, you will leave full and satisfied.

Aside from being connected to a casino, it is also convenient for guests to walk to the nearby Newport Mall which is just a stone's throw away.

Overall, I will rate the hotel a 9/10. If it's only less pricey, I'd say I would definitely give it a 10/10.

Siri's Hint on Possible Announcement of a New Iphone

I have been an Apple user since the first Iphone was released in the market. Since then, I have been constantly checking when the next product will be released. When I asked Siri about it repeatedly, these were what he had to say:

So what could be the announcement on September 9, 2015? We can no longer wait.

We all owe it to The Legendary Steve Jobs

I honestly can't survive a day anymore without tapping my tablet and clicking my mobile phone to surf the net. Everything is going too fast. One technological debut leads to another and before you know it, the world will be so advanced that we might be just teleporting whenever we want to.

Apple has been one sole product in the industry that I have been patronizing. Thanks to the legendary Steve Jobs, his inventions make everything convenient for us today. His Itunes with its great applications is such a genius tool. Through his works evolved other products that somehow are now equally amazing.

Thank you Steve!!

Hope...

Scamperin'.... trying to feel my existence... Moments when hues had gone... and fear is all what is left of me... yes... i have fears too... and when its there, it devours my capacity to feel what's real... But then, i have to be brave... have that courage to stand up and turn on the lights...

.....

I figured that if i let my soul speak... somehow... i'd be freed...

Reader's Digest Promo

I just received a mail today from Reader's Digest. It's a yellow envelope, business mail- first class. There's also a logo of my bank (HSBC) beside that of reader's digest on the upper left side corner. Attached inside are letters, a car key, sheet of cheques (one saying 6,000,000).
The words are quite impressivley convincing if you aren't aware of these manipulative styles of marketing. It stated there that in order to qualify, 99% of people were eliminated and that from the 1% that remained, less than 1% are only privileged to receive such mail. It says that if you get a one year subscription of Reader's Digest you will have the chance to win from their raffle the ff: P6,000,000, P300,000, P800,000, P100,000 or any of these cars: Mazda 62.5, Mazda MX- 52.0 or BMW X3 2.OD. All you have to do is send back the coupons in this YES envelope including your credit card number and the car key.
I remembered when I was young we had a lot of books from Reader's Digest, encyclopedia and the like. Then my mom would tell me that we might win a car. Then she would receive mail after mail asking her to purchase this and that in order to FINALLY qualify. Now I realized that for decades now they have been doing this to everyone.
Are you going to bite this? Well, I'm just gonna keep the key to remind myself of Reader's Digest pursuit for cash. And by the way, what can HSBC say about this?
